Getting There

There are so many websites to visit for airfare comparisons. Sometimes, the actual airline will give better prices. Make sure to see if you can use any of your mileage toward your tickets!

Here are a few apps that I frequent for airline information:
Kayak.com, Hopper, Hipmunk and skyscanner
Getting Around The City
More information will be published on public transportation, the fastest way to get around the city.

Accommodations

Places to stay exist all over Berlin. I often book through AirBnB. You can also check out Hotels.com. They offer 1 free night for every 10 nights you book. There are also youth hostels. As I find information, I will post it below. Please check back regularly for updates.

I am happy to exchange student's information if you'd like to share a home to save money. Many Airbnb rentals include kitchens, which are great for saving money on breakfasts, and fast lunches.

Examples from AirBnb:

This apartment can sleep 3 people and is $84/night, includes wifi, kitchen, washing machine and is 15 minutes from downtown.

This place is 1 minute from a bus stop that is 18 minutes to downtown Amsterdam. It has all amenities and can sleep 7 people for $123/night. If there's a group that wants to share, housing could be as inexpensive as $18/night!
